Louisiana on the other hand didn't expect much attention of that sort. Standard UNSC protocol dictated that fraternizing was frowned upon so she didn't expect anything to come from fellow freelancers let alone the personnel. However when it turns out that said infamous agent leans against her table and hits on her, she practically shuts down and stares. "Ugh...I ugh...hi?"
